refactor: separate podcasts from downloads — own route + nav item

- /podcasts — new page with PodcastPlayer (headphones icon)
- /downloads — old media page renamed (download icon)
- /media — kept for backward compat (same as downloads)
- Nav: Reader → Podcasts → Downloads → Brain
