style: restyle podcast player to Atelier warm design system

- All CSS vars replaced with Atelier inline colors
- Warm parchment sidebar, frosted glass player bar
- Brown accent tones matching Brain/Reader/Fitness
- Route page renders component directly (no wrappers)
